The development comprises eight new dwellings alongside the renovation of the existing villa.

Conceived as a small urban set piece, the project draws on traditional urban forms—namely, the terrace and the corner block. It is designed with a strong urban presence to anchor the site, with a three-storey gable marking the junction of Lennox Row and Stirling Road. Replacing a derelict nursing home, the scheme re-establishes and repairs the street frontage.

The overall character is simple and formal, defined by the use of traditional buff brick.
