The development at Laverock House comprises seven homes - four within the converted Georgian villa and three new-build dwellings.

The project works with the grain of the site, reinstating the historic linear arrangement with a terrace along the northern boundary. The new buildings are subservient in scale to the original house, with pitched roofs and dormers referencing traditional forms.

A restrained material palette - light sandstone, larch cladding, slate and zinc - gives the development a quiet presence, combining contemporary detailing with a respectful nod to the surrounding conservation area.
